Letting
Period
The cottages Tigh Mairi and Tigh Phadraig are generally let
for 7 day periods from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00. Tigh
Seonag is let from Friday to Friday.
Alternatives
may be available at short notice.

Conditions of Lease
- Terms are quoted
on a weekly basis and the maximum period of let is 3 weeks.
(For longer lets a separate contract is necessary.)
- The units are
let for holiday purposes only and only to the persons named
on the booking form.
- Use of electricity,
fuel and other services is included in the tariff quoted above.
Sub-letting is strictly prohibited. Overnight guests are permitted
only by prior arrangement with the proprietors.
- A firm booking
will be contracted on receipt of a completed booking form and
a non-returnable deposit of £100 which will be acknowledged
in writing with an account for the balance due, stating the
date by which the balance shall be paid (generally due 4 weeks
before the letting period commences).
- The acceptable
methods of payment are a cheque drawn on a UK bank, cash or
GBP Travellers Cheques.
- The booking is
accepted subject to the clear understanding that should the
accommodation become unlettable through circumstances beyond
the control of the proprietors you shall be entitled to a refund
not exceeding the amount paid.
- Pets are allowed
only by prior agreement with the proprietors.
- The proprietors
reserve the right to refuse admission to their property and
to require any person to leave when they consider there is a
breach of contract or deem that there is damage to the property
or cause of nuisance or conduct in an offensive manner.
- The proprietors
also reserve the right to enter their premises at any reasonable
hour.
